Beverly Youth Soccer Association – Programs
BYSA offers soccer programs for every age and ability level — from our youngest players just learning the game, all the way through competitive travel teams representing Beverly throughout Essex County. Every child in Beverly is welcome, and financial assistance is available for families who need it.

Pre-K / Kindergarten
Ages 4–6
A fun, low-stress introduction to soccer. Players learn fundamentals through skill games and short scrimmages in a supportive Saturday morning environment.
Grade 1–2
1st & 2nd grade
Player development in a low-stress environment. Teams play 5 v 5 with a keeper, with weekly practices and Saturday games.
Grade 3–4
3rd & 4th grade
First exposure to competitive games through our Cross-Town Program, playing against teams from Beverly, Salem, and Danvers. A travel team option is also available for top players.
Grade 5–6
5th & 6th grade
All Grade 5–6 teams compete in ECYSA and travel throughout Essex County. Teams are placed by skill level through our annual evaluation process.
Grade 7–8
7th & 8th grade
Full 11 v 11 competitive soccer throughout Essex County. Top teams are eligible for the Massachusetts Tournament of Champions (MTOC).
Travel Program
Grades 3–8
Our travel program offers competitive play against teams throughout Essex County. Placement is determined through annual evaluations — no player is ever cut.
